An in-apartment chef, a menu built around your preferences and the season
The Service
A private chef arrives before your meal, shops for ingredients that morning from local suppliers: the fish market, the cheese counter, the bakery, and prepares a full dinner in the apartment kitchen.
The menu is discussed in advance and built around dietary requirements, preferences, and what is in season. Arctic lamb, king crab from the Barents Sea, salted cod, cloudberries: the larder here is specific to this latitude.
Wine Pairing
Wine pairing is available on request. The chef works with a local wine importer to recommend bottles that complement the menu. Alternatively, we can stock the apartment with your preferred wines in advance through our concierge team.
Booking
Private chef bookings require at least 72 hours advance notice to allow for menu planning and ingredient sourcing. To enquire, contact us at mail@tromsobnb.no with your preferred date, number of guests, and any dietary requirements.
